Description
The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to ensure that the regional traffic management agencies are in agreement on a strategy to improve traffic management across jurisdictional boundaries. The MOU should include roles and responsibilities, data to be collected and shared, devices control to be shared, the purpose of control sharing, a stakeholder hierarchy for traffic management across juridictional boundaries and strategies for coordinating across jurisdictional boundaries.
