Description
The purpose of the Operating Agreement is to ensure that the local emergency and local traffic management are in agreement on the deployment and use of signal preemption technology on vehicles and at the roadway. The agreement would include locations, types of vehicles to be equipped and the parameters for the use of signal preemption.
