Description
The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to ensure that TxDOT Districts are in agreement in how they will interact with connected vehicles. It should include a broad definition of the automated vehicle technologies that will be permitted, the types of vehicles connected, and any legal and an enforcement changes that will be required for connected vehicle operations.
